Room was dirty and had a strong odor. Nice views of the water and the location is great for fishing.

Got moved to a larger room which was clean and comfy. The bedding was nice and fresh, really appreciated the down comforter. AC was on point! Location was perfect for early morning ocean views. The fitness centre looked good too with a hot tub. Just had to ask for towels daily.

Enjoyed the great room and scenic view. Despite some noise from nearby events, the location and pool were fantastic. I'll recommend this hotel.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at this hotel. Despite some negative reviews, our room was clean and the bathrooms were newly renovated. The location of the hotel is a major highlight, right on Charlotte Harbor with a stunning view. We enjoyed the outdoor Key West style restaurant, Hurricane Charley's, and the 3-mile Harbor Walk attached to the hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The easy access for our dogs was a plus. the hotel may not be fancy but it suited our needs perfectly.
Limited poolside lounge chairs. We had trouble finding available chairs by the pool as there were only 10 of them.

Great location near Fisherman’s Village and restaurants. Affordable with excellent water view, clean rooms, and relaxing pool.
Felt very happy, nothing to complain about.

the waterfront hotel & suites was clean and in an amazing location – right on charlotte harbor with access to the awesome harbor walk. we loved the local tips and the staff were super friendly and accommodating.

we had a very nice room with a very comfortable bed at Waterfront Hotel & Suites. the view from our balcony was great! the outdoor pool was clean and right on the water. the location was close enough to walk to museums and attractions. plus the hotel is next to a city park and nice walking paths along the shoreline, and the staff were always great, resulting in a very nice overall experience.
Nothing to complain about at all 😊
